3 thread overlock is stretchier, 4 thread is sturdier. The official recommendation is 3 thread with left needle, good quality polyester thread.
One piece leggings – Center back, center front, inseam.
Two piece leggings – Inseam, side seam, crotch seam
Optional topstitching – 3 step zigzag.
